How do I return an item?

All returns and exchanges require a Return Merchandise Authorization number. A RMA must be requested within 7 days of when you receive the merchandise. The return must be received within 10 business days of the RMA issue date. All items must be returned in "as new" and unused condition in the original packaging including accessories. There are absolutely no refunds on special item orders, cosmetic products, electronic skincare devices, health and nutritional supplements or replacement order shipments. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We choose to keep our prices low by charging a 20% Restocking Fee (to cover shipping and packaging costs) for non-defective, no-fault returns.
